Renata is the anti-engage support. She is made to counter lvl 2 all ins like with Leona or Lucian, or the unholiest combination that is both.

Such long cooldowns of abilities just scream TAKE "FERRST STRIK" what the hell is a cat in runes with a minimum skill cooldown after 14 seconds with a small mana pool and lives?! She needs cookies! she needs a free stopwatch. And "RABADON" raabaaduu ))))
