Dominic Calvert-Lewin gave Everton the perfect start to the 2020/21 Premier League season with a bullet header in a 1-0 win. An excellent performance from Carlo Ancelotti's Blues also featured fine debuts from midfield trio Allan, James Rodriguez and Abdoulaye Doucouré.
